Psalm 1 Coaching

❓Is it really necessary that the people you employ understand the purpose and mission that your organization is trying to achieve?  
Isn't it enough that they are on your "team" and agree to identify and promote your business. 
It is not really necessary that they participate in moving your company forward, right?  
It's about "belonging", not about "building".  
Being a TEAM MEMBER is the indisputable objective correct? 
As long as they are a team member, everything else is a bonus, icing on the cake. RIGHT?

❓Or is that only true for God's Kingdom?  
"Belonging", not "building".  
"Building" is optional, "belonging" is everything. 
Partnership, not necessarily Production.

❓Dear "CEO" (of your 20 Square Feet), WHO are you, WHAT are you doing and WHY does it matter?

❓What is the Story of the Bible that God desires for humanity to understand?

❓What if the PRIMARY STORY of the Bible, the CORE MELODY of the Scriptures is that We are to Rule & Reign over Humanity, Creation and the Cosmos? 

❓Aren't we given the responsibility, authority and power to create a world, essentially, a reality that is shaped, characterized and animated by the rule & reign of God's Love & Wisdom?

❓If that REALLY IS the PRIMARY MESSAGE, how well have we and are we informing, influencing and operating with that OVERARCHING PRIMARY MISSION?

❓By what metrics should we evaluate our progress?

❓Do we, as the CHURCH, experience more of the Culture of the Kingdom of God influencing our global societies OR do we experience more of the Culture of our global societies influencing our Churches and Christian Communities?

❓If the OVERARCHING MISSION & PURPOSE of HUMANITY, according to Story of the Bible, is to take "God's Human Project"and create a Kingdom according to His Image, then WHY with all the earthly and heavenly resources to which we have access, ARE we losing the influence battle?

I am humbly suggesting that the foundational PROBLEM is that "We have a MISSION-MESS because we have a MESSAGE-MISS.  
We do not know and understand the MESSAGE of the Story of the Bible that is revealed from the beginning to end of God's written revelation to us.  
We have lost connection with the origin story of God's Purpose and Partnership with Humanity.

I am also humbly suggesting that Marketplace Influencers are God's most prolific, courageous, and strategic agents to restore the original mandate & movement of influence to transforming humanity & it's culture through the Presence, Power and WISDOM of Jesus Christ.

The Royal Partnership for which God created Humanity to share His authority to cultivate this world according to His image was based on Humans trusting God.  

Genesis 2:7–9 (NASB95): 7 Then the Lord God formed man of dust from the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living being. 
 8 The Lord God planted a garden toward the east, in Eden; and there He placed the man whom He had formed.  9 Out of the ground the Lord God caused to grow every tree that is pleasing to the sight and good for food; the tree of life also in the midst of the garden, and the tree of the knowledge of good and evil. 

Genesis 2:15–17 (NASB95): 5 Then the Lord God took the man and put him into the garden of Eden to cultivate it and keep it. 16 The Lord God commanded the man, saying, “From any tree of the garden you may eat freely; 17 but from the tree of the knowledge of good and evil you shall not eat, for in the day that you eat from it you will surely die.” [What is God really say here? TRUST ME]
